Streaming Music AKA Sneak Discing...

What are your thoughts on Official Fans that purchase every album, but may stream an underground cut or two, of their favorite artist's music that doesn't necessarily make the album and/or mixtape? Is this considered, "sneak discing," if your not selling or giving to others?


I don't agree with streaming music without a clearance of some sort and selling/bootlegging is just wrong. I wonder if listening on youtube falls in the category above because some artists leak their record and monitor views, like we don't know...
