"Well it's been 6 months now and my sister graduated and now she's in fashion skool in Alrington VA...and i'm really proud of her. As for me??? Well....it's the summer time!!! It's July 9 and today is my last day in Stafford. Me and my mom are moving today."

"When Mrs.Pat gave me the mic i was nervous as crap. Literaly i was shaking and finally the pianist started playing....suddenly the part i was suppose to sing came up and i didnt say anything...the music stopped and Mrs.Pat looked at me and asked if i was okay...i told her yes but really i wasn't. They started the music again and i looked up to look at Chris he mummbled "U can do it"...something came over me and i felt like i could do it. I relaxed myself and the part came up again i opened my mouth and started singing...at first my voice was kinda shaking but after a while i felt it and a chill went through my body as i sung it myself. I really got into it i believe i teared up a little. People in the crowd started to stand up and feel the song as well and they were incouraging me saying "sing that song girl". I felt kinda good wen they said that. Soon the song was over and people started shouting. I went back to my seat which was by Chris and i was still teary. He wrapped his arms around me and told me that i did good and that i had a gift and that everything was gonna be ok."

"Everyone looked back and i was just blushing the whole time. When he first opened his mouth a chill went through my body. He put a whole different meaning into the song. His runs were on point it's like he made it his own. I couldn't believe it he can really sing. So the song was over and everyone stood up and gave a round of appaluse(including me)he came back to his seat and asked.

"I went down stairs and i saw mom laying on the couch holding her head and T on the fone. I went over to mom and told her i was sorry for everything i said that might have been direspectful and selfish. Mom started crying which made me cry and then we hugged n made up. T got off the fone and we all went to go eat dinner and everything seemed to be back to normal."

A week later

"It was game time i haven't been so ready in my life. We were back in the locker room getting ready to play in the Championship game. Our coach gave us some last min tips and then a lecture as usual. We got in our huddle and did our thing. We ran out to the song "Ballin" and did short routines and quick skills before the game started. It was time. They called up the starters for our team. They called my name "Krista Brown" i felt good like i was a star or something i heard the whole crowd cheering me on and mostly saw my family and bestie out in the crowd. GAME TIME!!"

SKIP TO END OF GAME

"YES!! we won the State Championship game. We all felt so good and confident. We took all these pictures and then finally went to change and got to go home. Boy was i tired."
