Back in the day? You mean 2005? That's not back in the day lol. Anyway Chris's voice is trash now. When he was younger during his yo excuse me miss days he sounded better, he made runs in his vocals and could dance and still sound great afterwards, now he doesn't even try to make runs and vocalize good. Memo to Chris when you reach a certain part of success that doesn't mean stop trying.
Somebody said Raheen Davaughn YES! His voice is so smooth and sultry. And he's been making good music even before he cut his hair.
Usher was a better singer back in his earlier years. Not his first album when he was like 14 and had the lil texturizer going on lol, he was too cute. But I'm talking about his "My Way", nice and slow days, his 8701 album. All his vocals were the business. Oh and his confessions album showcased his vocals well too. But now it seems like he just rather get through his songs, he barely does runs anymore. I still love Ursher lol, but I liked him back then better.
J-Holiday's voice is lovely Esha, he song a verse on 106th and it sounded great. Now he does runs in his vocals too when an singer can do runs it shows they have total control of their vocals.

I'm sorry but Chris does not have a great voice. That's one of the areas he needs to improve on. Now singers who do have great voices are Trey Songz, Justin Timberlake (go and find some of his old stuff he has runs in his vocals that put folks to shame). Mario's voice has improved it's very sultry now. J-Holiday's voice is lovely. And that's it. Everybody else is garbage.
