Melody's POV

Well i sure your prolly wondering how things are goin for me and Jay. things are good. you'd be surprise being a father and do to you. After Jay took the responsablity of being Freather's father he has put his hoein days behind him. at first we weren't really in a relationship but we kicked it often when he was in town. when Feather was about two me and Jay decided to become serious again. Feather is really a daddy's girl. she got that from me but she is like the spittin image of Quinton. i miss him. once a month i go and put flowers on his grave. me and Jay decided that when Feather was old enough to understand that we would tell her the truth. when Feather turned eight me and Jay got married. about eight months later i got preggy again. i had another girl. we named her Sydney Jane Mantez. about two years later i had my final baby and we had a boy. we named him after Quinton in a way. we named him Quincey Gregory Montez. not quite Quinton but close. my books are still doing good and i've gotten into modeling. even after three kids i still had my figure lolz. as for Jay he like the biggest thing in the game now. he done did a few movies and still has time for his kids. we doin real good. thats all for now i may come back and holla at yall later but for now thats the end of my story Duces people :P

Juniior's POV Continued

i drove around looking for him. i looked and i saw a big crowd. i pulled over and hopped out the car and rushed over. i looked at the car and noticed that it was Q's. i pushed through the car tryna get to him. the police were holding me back. i tried to explain to them that his fiance is in the hospital and that she had his baby and that the baby may die. i asked them to take him to the same hospital Mel was in so that they couldbe closer. i went with them to the hospital. by the time they got Q there he was gone. i banged and kicked the wall. i just lost my best friend. me and Q have been down for a long ass time. i'd always thought i'd die before he did. i walked over to Mel's room. when i got there she was in tears. she looked up at me. "Jay is Q ok?" i looked down. "Jay wut happened?" she cried out. i looked up at her. "He didn't make it Mel" her lip quivered and she broke down in tears. i rushed over to her and wrapped my arms around her. she hugged me back and cried on my shoulder. i rocked us while she cried. i rubbed her back and started singing one of Mel's favorite songs. she quieted down a lil bit. she let me go and whipped her face. "I wanna see my baby" i helped her get out of bed. i held her hand while we walked to the nursery. we looked for the baby. they said that she was in intensive care. we walked over to that side of the hospital. Mel reached her hand in and touched her baby. the baby was hooked up to different machines. Mel held the little baby's hand. she just stared at her. "You know we were gonna name her Samantha" i walked up behind her. "But i think imma name her Feather" i smiled. a slow smile came across her face. "Little Feather" the doctors ushered us out. i took Mel back to her room. she sat on the bed and looked out the window. i sat in the chair next to her bed. her doctor came in. "Hi how you doin" she looked at him. "I just lost my fiance and my baby may die, you tell me how i'm doin" he looked down. "I'm dorry about your lost, but you daughter is doing better, you may even be able to take her home" Mel looked up. she looked happy. i smiled. "Do you want to name her now?" Mel looked at me "You can pick her middle name" i was shocked. "Really?" she smiled and nodded her head yes. "Ok Feather Nevaeh Montez" the doctor wrote down the name and walked out the room. Mel looked at me. "I'll be her dad" she smiled at me and huged me tightly. "Thank you Jay" she pulled away. "I'd do anything for you Mel" i whipped her tears away. i stared at her. i leaned in and kissed Mel softly on the lips. she closed her eyes and kissed me back. i pulled away. "I know you loved Q and it's gonna take you some time to get over him but we can take things one day at a time and be a family." she nodded her head yes and laid her head on my shoulder and fell asleep. a few days later we were able to take Feather home. we put her in the carrier and walked out the hospital hand in hand ready to start our life over with a baby.

Juniior's POV

It's been about a year scince Mel and Q's engagment. why so long you ask? Mel got preggy. they decided to get married after the baby was born. they want me to be the god father. when i found out that Mel was preggy i broke down in tears. i'm not even gonna lie. i was hurt. this is supposed to be my life Q livin. you would think after five years you'd be over it but i'm not. my phone ringing broke me from my thoughts. "Yo" i said into the phone. "Hey" my heart smiled, it was Mel. "Hey i was just thinking about you" "Really?" "Yea but wuts up?" "Well you said you wanted to buy sumthing for the baby firght?" "Yeaaaa.... wait does this mean i'm taking you shopping?" she bust out laughing "Well yes. we need a crib and clothes" "How you gonna buy clothes for a baby when you don't know if it's a boy or girl?" "Neutral colors Jay sweetie" "Oh i guess" "So you takin me or wut?" i smiled "Yea i'll be over to help you put on your shoes" she sucked her teeth then laughed "Thats not funny Jay, i really can't see my feet" i laughed too. "I'll be there in about thirty minutes ok" "Ok i'll see you when you get here" we hung up and i got dressed. i told my body gaurd that i was taking Melody shopping. he said ok and to let him know when i was ready. i showered and got dressed. i headed out the door. i got in my truck and my body gaurd followed me in his. i drove over to Mel and Q's house. i knocked on the door. she came to the door without her shoes on. "Damn ma you gettin big" she smiled and rubbed her belly. i smiled and rubbed it too "Ok mister help me put on my shoes." i smiled and shook my head. we walked up to her bedroom and she had her shoes picked out. she sat on the bed and held out her feet. i couldn't help but laugh. she was so cute. i put her shoes on and kissed her belly. she giggled. i help her up and we were off to the store. i put my hood up and put my glasses on. Mel looked at me then smiled. "I forgot you a big super star now." i smiled back. we walked around the store and looked at different cribs and clothes. i was looking at a stroller when Mel yelled out in pain. i turned around quick. she was leaning over holdin her stomach and grasping the railing of the crib. i looked down and saw that her bottom half was wet. "s*** Mel your water just broke" she looked up at me. yall i swear if looks could kill i'd be dead. "I know that thank you einstine(sp?). you wanna maybe oh i don't know maybe get me to a hospital!" she snapped at me. i tell you pregnant women get b****ey. i rushed over to her and helped her to the car. we rushed over to the hospital. on the way over i called Q and told him that Mel was going into labor. he sounded excited and worried. hell i was worried too cuz the baby is gonna be premautre. he got her to the hospital just in time. Q missed the delivery. i was getting worried about him. i called him to see where he was. "Yea man" he answered "Man where are you? you missed the delivery" "s*** i did?" "Yea man where are you?" "I'm..." the cound of crashin blasted through my phone. i looked at it. "Q... Q?!" i yelled into the phone. when i didn't get a response i figured he was the on in the crash. i walked back into Mel's room. "Mel imma be right back" "Where you goin?" "To find Q" a look of worry came over her face. "Jay wut happened?" she questioned me "Mel..." i started "Jay just tell me please" "I think Q might have been in an accident" she looked at me with tears in her eyes. i walked over to her and kissed her forehead. "Don't cry Mel imma find him" she whipped her tears and nodded her head. i walked out of the hospital. i didn't know how i was gonna find Q but i sure as hell was gonna try.

Me and Quinton got off the stage. everyone congratulated us. i walked off to find Jay. he had his back to me. i walked up on his and hit his arm playfully. he turned around and looked at me, then smiled. "You knew didn't you" i said smiling and poking his chest" he smiled again and rubbed his chest. "Yea i knew" "And you didn't say anything" "He didn't say anything to you when i told him i wanna ask you to marry me so why spoil it for him" when he said that memories of that night came rushing back to my head. i looked down at my ring. all those feeling i had for Jay that i thought i had burried came back to me. i did the right thing by saying yes to Q didn't i? he lifted my chin up with his fingers and made me look at him. "You ok?" i sighed and nodded my head. "It's just..." i trailed off. "Wuts wrong?" he looked at me concerned. "Nothing you just brought back old memories that i thought i forgot" "Oh" he looked down "I shouldn't have come, i didn't wanna mess up your day" he started to walk away from me "Jay wait" he stopped but he didn't turn around. "I'm sorry" he turned around to face me. "I didn't mean for it to come out like that Jay, really i didn't. look most of our relationship was good and i have happy memories as well as bad ones. i don't regret our relationship, part of me will always love you but i'm not in love with you, but that doesn't mean that i don't want us to be friends." he stared at me for a moment then nodded his head. "Umm heres my new number." i took the peice of paper he was holding out to me. "Oh ok. my cell number is still the same." he nodded his head. "I gotta be going. congrats on the engagement" he walked over to me and gave me a hug. i missed his hugs. and his sent wasn't making it easy for me to let go. i breathed him in. he still smelled the same. i hugged him tighter. he held me closer. at that point tears started pouring from my eyes again. i loved Jay so much but i loved Quin too. how can i decide between my past and my future? Jay heard me sniffle and he pulled away to look at me. he whipped my tears away. i looked up at him. he had tears in his eyes too. "I missed you too" i took a deep breath and looked up at him. i was about to say something but sumone was calling me. i realized it was my mother. i looked at Juniior. "I'm sorry but i have to go. it was great seing you again" i walked off. i looked back i saw a single tear fall. he turned away and left the party. i hoped i made the right decision.
