Background knowledge-me and my two sisters live in one big apartment together. We live on the second floor and Juniior lives on the first right below us.
Melody's POV
I just came home from gettin me sum ice cream. i finished it on my way back. i had started up the steps when my neibhoor walks out of his. i walked past him but not with out takin in his sent. i kept goin up the steps till he spoke to me "waz up ma" i turned around and looked at him. i gave him a quick smile and nodded my head in achknowledgement to his greeting. i turn and continue up the steps "Juniior" he called after me. i stopped again. i leaned my head to the side contemplating on tellin him my name. i turn again and he is standing at the base of the stairs flashing me his pantie soaking smile "Melody" he licked his lips at me and nodded his head . i turned once again and finally making it up the steps. he prolly noticed my tattoo of music notes on my leg if he even went past my ass. i walked in to an empty apartment. this doesn't surprise me. its always empty. i might as well live in this b**** alone. i walked to my room and saw a note on my door.
"hey mel,
imma be at the court for a lil while then imma spend the night at Alexis's house. imma be gone all weekend. oh Harmoney told me to tell you that she was gonna be gone for about two weeks cuz she goin sum where wit her ditz of a boyfriend. i'll call you when i get a chance.

i sighed and flopped down on my bed. i was hungry but i needed a nap. when i get up i'll fix me sumthing to eat.

Melody's POV Continued
when we were pullin up to the apartment i text Symphany and told her that we were outside and on our way in side. i got out and walked up to the building, and to my surprise Juniior was walking out. he saw me and smiled. i smiled back. he said a hello to my parents as they walked in. he turned back to me and winked his eye at me and walked off. i looked back as i was walking up the steps. when we got to the door i opened it for them and as they walked in everyone shouted surprise. my parents just laughed. they looked at me when they saw my two sisters. my dad pulled me into a hug. and kiss my forehead and went to say hello to my sisters. my mom smiled and kissed my forehead too. we had a good time people left out around 8. we cleaned up. Harmoney went out wit her boyfriend and Symphany went to bed early. i laid in my room listening to Juniior's demo for about the thousanth time. my dad walked past my room and stopped when her heard the music. he came in my room and listened. i could tell he was feelin it cuz he bobbed his head to the beat. "Who is that?" "The guy that live under us" "How you get it?" i had to think of a quick lie "He was giving the away" my dad nodded his head "He serious about singing?" "Yea, i guess if he handdin out demos and wut not. "You want the c.d?" my dad nodded his head. i got up and gave him the c.d. thank goodness i have it on my ipod. he took it and left my room. i smiled and called Juniior "Waz good ma?" he answered the phone "You about to get famous!" i said sounding excited "Wut you talkin bout girl?" i sighed "I see imma have to break this one down, my dad heard the demo you gave me, he might be callin you to work with you" "Are you serious Mel?" he said soundin excited now "As a heart attack Jay. Now when you get famous don't forget about us little people" he laughed "Mel i ain't gonna forget you" "How you know that?" "Cuz you gonna be right there wit me" i smiled "Hey, i got sumthing else to tell you" "Wut?" i sighed "I decided to break up wit Omari" he didn't say anything but i could tell he was happy "Wut you don't have nothing to say?" Juniior's POV Continued
i woke up in a cold sweat. i sat up and looked around. i was still in the hospital next to Melody right where i fell asleep. i sighed in relief. it was only a dream. i got up and walked over to the window and looked out. it started raining. i looked up and the sky and prayed.
Melody's POV
I slowly opened my eyes to find myself in an unknown room. i tried to sit up but i was in too much pain. i looked around and saw Juniior over by the window. i caughed and he turned around and looked at me. i smiled at him. "Hi Jay" a slow smile appeared on his face. "I'm not dreaming am i?" i smiled and shook my head no. he got up and hugged me so tightly. "Oww jay baby that hurts" "Oh my bad ma" he said letting me go. "I'm just so happy that you woke up" he reached up and handed me my favorite teddy bear. i smiled. "Mr. Sunggles" i said holding my arms out. once i had it in my arms i hugged it tight. he smiled at me. "I'll be back" i looked at him "Where you going?" "To go get the doctors" i nodded my head and he walked out. five minutes he came back with the doctors. they did some tests and left back out. Jay went out and told everyone that i woke up. my lil sister came in first. we talked for a lil while till Harmoney came in. we both looked at each other. my lil sister rubbed my arm and walked out the room. Harmoney came and sat next to me. "Hey" i looked at her. "Hey" she looked down and cried. "Harm wuts wrong?" i didn't like seeing my sister upset even if we didn't get along. she whipped her tears and looked at me. "I'm ashamed that it took you damn near dieing for me to realize that i should've been a better big sister to you" i grabbed her hand. "It cool" "No its not Mel. when we were younger we were close, wut happened to us?" i shrugged my shoulders. "We grew up and as we grew up we drifted apart." "Well promise me we wont drift apart again" i smiled and held out my arms. she got up and hugged me. "I promise" i said as we hugged.
