This whole rumor got started when someone mis-heard the lyrics in the song "Run It"
...."Girl I can set you off // Don't believe my age is gonna slow us down" and someone assumed he said AIDS when really it was AGE. So basically this rumor was a misunderstanding that got blew wayyy out of line. Just like when alot of people assume Lloyd is saying "Can I be your friend?" when he really is saying "Can I be for real?" in his song "YOU", See? Just a big misunderstanding...Get a Q-Tip and clean your ears; You'll be fine :) OH, and to answer your question..NO, Chris Brown does NOT have AIDS. I wont even get mad at you because I already know he doesnt and it wasnt like you actually started the rumor....You're probably extremely young and didnt know simple as that. Aint nothing wrong with asking a question especially about something you dont know the answer to, and dont worry I be in the dark about things too or usually the last one to know (I mean I already knew the truth about this but you get my point.)
