Y/N wake up! Wake up!! I just felt someone shaking me vigurously on my arm then my shoulders. I awoke to find my pa standing above me with fear in his eyes and his dark skin flourished with a pale color. "Pa what's wrong?" "No time for that come on!" He grabbed my wrist and lead me to the kitchen in the back of the hut. I tried running to catch up with him because of his fast pace and my heart was racing because I never saw so much lights behind the glass windows of the house. "Daddy what's wrong?" my nerves took hold and I felt my hands shaking crazy, my legs feeling like rubber, and my face getting flushed with tears. "AHHHHHHH" and "LORD HAVE MERCY HELP US ALL!!" including a language I've never heard of was all I heard outside. Then I heard booms and gun shots parading the streets that took place out doors which seemed to be getting closer and louder as the seconds strolled by. "Pa whats goin on?!" "Hush child and be quiet!" pa then pressed his fingers across my lips to make me quiet. "Don't be so loud" When we entered the kitchen I asked where mom and everyone else was and he didn't respond, he just moved the thick carpet from the floor which revealed the heavy metal door. He opened it and he told me to go down the steps and once I was walking towards the steps to walk down I heard a loud *CRASH!* and the language I never heard of was in the house. Dad was talking in the Nigerian language and I didn't catch what he said in time because he just pushed me down the steps and closed the door behind me. I observed the room and that's when I saw mom, JaJa, Adebanke, and Chioke sitting down. Well, except for JaJa. Mom was holding the twins. Holding back my tears I blurted out "Ma what is goin on?"
