I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... When Chris Brown first came out, his album was so real when it comes to young love (just like he said himself, 'this album is just about young love') and everytime I'd listen to any of his slower songs, I'd feel like I was floatin' on air (and still do). CB lets all these girls out here know that there are still some decent boys out there somewhere who'll love you for you, who'll never hurt you or disrepect you as a woman or a human being who's equal or even, HIGHER than the man (even though in the songs, that boy is HIM, but we get point, right? Yet there's still the songs that makes you wanna jump ya happy behind up and break it down (Does anyone recall 'Run It?' lol)
In the case of me, I believe that I'm a different brand of fan, to tell the truth. For starters, I just can't manage to get all hyped up over a celebrity (like "He MY man!" "That's MY boo!" "Ay yo, that's my baby daddy, ya'll!") Heh, heh, heh...no, I'm not like that. If I'm to be skippy-joe-hype <---my own term for EXTREMELY hype--over ANYBODY, I'd be hype about things in this order: the music/lyrics, the personality of the artist, THEN the looks, 'cause if the artist has the first two qualities, it NEVER hurts for him or her to look good (fine male singer to drool over (um, this ain't spit on my chin--*turns away to wipe it away*) and a fine female singer to admire and adore (Oh my God! She's so cute in that gown! I'd definitely rock that on the red carpet!) Ya feel me? So for Sir Breezy, it's no different. And quite naturally, that boy--naw, that MAN has all three qualities down packed. So THAT's the REAL reason why any of ya'll should be a fan. Now, lemme fall back, 'cause I don't even be this joe over essays I'm assigned in school, and that's what this is turnin' into (lol). Deuces!
Cool
You doin' your thing, C. Breezy....You tracks keep the dull parties poppin'. (love you and your music!)
